Shipping policy

All orders are sent using Royal Mail's Tracked Delivery Service and are delivered Monday - Friday (excl. Bank or Public Holidays). Your delivery time frame will begin from the following working day if the order is placed after 1 pm. A signature is currently required at the point of delivery.

FREE NEXT-DAY DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £150+ 

  • £5.95 or FREE on orders over £150.
  • Place your order before 1 pm Monday - Friday to receive it the next working day.
  • ‌If you place your order after 1 pm Friday - Sunday, it will be delivered on Tuesday. Please allow one extra working day during Bank Holidays.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • During promotional periods, your order may take a little longer to arrive.

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £30+ 

  • £3.95 or FREE on orders over £30.
  • Place your order before 1 pm Monday - Friday to receive it within 2 working days.
  • ‌If you place your order after 1 pm Friday - Sunday, it will be delivered on Wednesday. Please allow one extra working day during Bank Holidays.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • During promotional periods, your order may take a little longer to arrive.

    • IRELAND - £9.95 or FREE on orders over £100.
    • EUROPE - £18.95 or FREE on orders over £150.
    • REST OF THE WORLD - £40.95 or FREE on orders over £250. 
    • Please allow up to 14 working days for your order to be prepared, dispatched and delivered. 
    • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
    • We are unable to advise on any additional custom charges you may incur for Ireland, Europe and International orders and cannot accept responsibility for these costs.
